Research materials have specific storage, sealing and traceability requirements. Return restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Before requesting a return
Contact support before sending any material back. Provide the order number, product, batch or lot ID, reason for the request and evidence of the issue. Keep the original packaging and follow the product's storage instructions.
Seals, storage and quality
Opened, unsealed or improperly stored research materials may be unsuitable for return or resale where a lawful exclusion applies. This does not remove mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Resolution
We will investigate the documented issue and explain the available remedy in accordance with the order terms and applicable law. No blanket no-refund rule overrides mandatory customer rights.
