Terms and conditions
These terms describe ordering, payment, delivery and support for LYSENTA research products. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
1. Scope and eligibility
Products are supplied for qualified laboratory and research use only. Purchasers must be at least 21 and must comply with local acquisition, import and handling requirements. No medical use or consumption is authorised by these terms.
2. Orders and product information
Check the product, quantity, specifications, delivery address and batch documentation before confirming an order. An order is subject to acceptance and availability. Corrections or special arrangements must be confirmed in writing.
3. Prices and payment
Product prices are displayed in whole US dollars (USD). Payment is required before dispatch and is arranged through the confirmed order quotation or the seller's verified Alibaba.com transaction. Available payment methods, third-party fees and buyer protections are those shown for that transaction; not every method is available for every order.
4. Delivery and availability
Confirmed orders are normally dispatched from China within 48 hours. Delivery estimates are indicative and depend on carriers, customs and destination. Stock shortages, pre-orders and address changes require confirmation of a revised arrangement.
5. Delivery problems and product complaints
Report damage, missing items or a suspected quality issue with the order number, batch ID and supporting evidence. Keep the packaging and affected material for investigation. A replacement or other remedy will be arranged according to the verified facts and applicable mandatory rights.
6. Returns and withdrawal
Research materials may require special storage, intact seals and traceable handling. Return restrictions apply only where lawful; they do not exclude mandatory remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Contact support before returning material.

Personal information is handled as described in our privacy notice. We aim to respond to complaints within 14 business days; complex investigations may require more time and an update.

Applicable law depends on the contracting entity and the transaction, subject to mandatory customer protections. Verified contracting-entity details and any specific governing-law provision must appear in the order documents. Later changes to these terms do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.
